Blimey

I've just had the quote for a new boiler in our house, we are having it moved back into the kitchen and as our house is so old we need new piping as it doesn't meet new regulations!!! I'm definitely in the wrong job, you can make a killing being a plumber. Also had the quote for the new bathroom, so it is bread and water for a few weeks!!!!
